Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island, Inc

"What a phenomenal organization! The manager Cheryl is awesome. We just completed a stay at one of the houses Island real estate manages. Starting out we had a couple of hiccups, but Cheryl went above and beyond to make things right. With any business, there are things that aren't always operating at optimum efficiency. When that happens, it's all about how the people within the business take action to remedy things. Cheryl did just that. We will be life long customers of Island Real Estate because of how Cheryl took care of business."

"Island Real Estate has taken care of our vacation rentals for several years. They consistently have a friendly staff to help us with whatever we need. Our homes are always in great shape and very clean when we come to visit ourselves. Highly recommend them if you own property on the island, or if you are looking to rent, I know you will receive the same level of service and have a great experience during your vacation here!"

"My family and I enjoyed a last minute getaway in August 2012. The property was well kept and loaded with amenities. In addition the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We rented both units on the property which had an adjourning door and that gave us tons of space for family fun. The kids were able to play games on one side and the grownups enjoyed adult conversation on the other. Of course the best part was the beach which is a very short walk from the property. It was a splendid weekend and we will definitely use Island Real Estate for future vacations to Anna Maria Island!"
