Bean Point Beach Access

"Bean Point is beautiful & a must see! Great place to walk. No swimming because of strong currents. Parking is free street parking but is very limited & you may have to walk to get there on more crowded beach days. Weekdays are better for closer parking. No restrooms, no facilities. Closest restrooms are at a public park on the bay 3/4 of a mile away. We rented a golf cart for our visit & it was easier way to get around the entire island to see it all."

"The sand is powder white & soft. The best place for a sunset 🌇 on Anna Maria Island. Come early, you have to park on the street. The parking is limited. The water is nice and warm. Be careful there is no lifeguards. The swimming is dangerous due to bad currents."

"water is clean and clear. beach isnt crowded. no lifeguards so watch the kiddos. far haul for the cooler. hot dog boat comes by and accepts tap to pay if you dont have your wallet. a little pricey but convince is well worth it."
