Doreste Properties

"We just stayed at Bridge and Bay Escape managed by Doreste Properties, and it was hands down the best rental we’ve had in 4 years of visiting Anna Maria Island. Everything about this home exceeded expectations. The location is perfect — so close to Pine Avenue and the beach, making it easy to walk or bike everywhere. The views of the bay from the rooftop and primary bedroom were absolutely stunning and made every morning special. The pool and spa were immaculate and clearly very well maintained. Our family also loved all the extras like the games, bikes, and fire pits — it really made the stay feel fun and complete. Dan was an outstanding host. He was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had throughout the stay. Inside, the house was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was on another level and beautifully designed, and the laundry room was so nice and convenient. Our daughter especially loved the kids’ bunk bed setup — such a fun touch. We can’t recommend Bridge and Bay Escape enough and will absolutely be back!"

"Rented a home with my family from Doreste properties in June, 2026. House was clean, superbly decorated, comfortable and well stocked with those things you need for the week (think shampoo, soap, sunscreen, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc.). Dan was extremely communicative and responsive with answers to any questions and resolving any concerns promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend. We will be back!"

"I recently stayed at the Waves property managed by Doreste in Anna Maria island in April/May 2024 and it was an amazing vacation managed by experienced professionals. The communication leading up to the stay was clear and thorough regarding directions, getting in, things to do/see, and instructions specific to the rental. During the stay they were very communicative and present to any needs we had also providing great recommendations on where to eat and such. Similarly they were very clear on check out instructions and were kind to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The property itself was amazing, everything that was advertised and then some. Perfect location and kept very clean. Great coffee selections and shower amenities were provided as well. All in all a very memorable stay with Doreste in A.M.I. and I would 100% recommend them for anyone looking for a place to stay. Thanks again and we look forward to coming back soon!"
